GENERAL RULES AND SAFETY

The event is for Moon Active employees only, so do not bring family members (partners or children).

The event will be filmed and photographed, and by participating, you agree to the use of your image for internal communication purposes.

Participation in the event is voluntary, and all attendees are responsible for their own health and well-being.

Attendees are responsible for their own actions and any resulting consequences.
-
Do not engage in activities that could pose a substantial risk or harm to people or property.
-
Do not drive after consuming alcoholic beverages, either when going to, during, or returning from the event.

Do not engage in any activity that is prohibited by law.

The event, its personnel, and its affiliates are not responsible for any damage, theft, injury, or loss.

In case of civil or medical emergencies, the appropriate authorities should be contacted. However, event staff are available for assistance in most situations.

Please evaluate your health before attending. Do not attend if you have cold symptoms, a fever, an infectious disease, or are on sick leave.

Follow infectious disease prevention guidelines during the event, such as regular hand washing, proper sneezing etiquette, and wearing a mask if needed.

In the event of an injury or health problem, seek first aid from the medical staff on duty. Inform event organizers of any health problems or injuries.

If you notice a fire, report it immediately to the organizers or call 112 if necessary.
SPORTS AND WATER ACTIVITIES

Before engaging in any sports or activities requiring substantial physical effort, evaluate your health and physical condition.

Ensure you have proper sports gear, such as appropriate shoes, for your chosen activities.

Protect your own and other participants' health and well-being to ensure everyone returns home safely.

If you see an accident in the water, immediately call for help.
OTHER TIPS AND PROHIBITIONS

Do not bring the following items to the event:

Dangerous, poisonous, or harmful substances and objects, such as fireworks, explosives, or weapons.

Dogs and other animals.

Avoid conflicts with outsiders who may enter the event territory. Notify organizers immediately if you witness any strange or disturbing activity.

Participants should not walk outside the designated event territory.

Depending on the weather, bring a head accessory, sunscreen, waterproof jacket, and insect repellent.

Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. Dispose of unextinguished cigarettes only in designated ashtrays.

Chew your food well to avoid choking. If you choke and cannot breathe, use gestures to call for help.

Report any observed electrical safety violations to the organizers or assistants.
-
Do not touch the wires of any equipment connected to a 220V electricity supply.

Do not stand too close to the stage speakers to protect your hearing.
